ImpozitSalariu.ro is a web-based salary calculator. You do not need an account and we do not ask for your name, email address, Romanian personal number (CNP) or other identification data.

The calculator uses the values you enter to display a result. Some values can appear in the page URL so you can save or share the calculation. Do not enter personal data in calculator fields.

We do not sell personal data or build our own profiles from the salary amounts entered in the calculator.

The servers and infrastructure services can process technical data needed to deliver the site, including an IP address, browser type, requested page, access time and technical errors.

We use this data for security, diagnostics, performance and the normal operation of the site.

When you use an article reaction button, the server converts the IP address into a pseudonymous identifier with HMAC-SHA-256 and a secret stored outside the application. The reaction database does not store the plain IP address.

The identifier preserves reaction progress and limits one public IP address to 16 reactions per article. People on the same public network may share this limit, while a changed IP address can produce a new identifier.

The site may display advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partners can use cookies or similar technologies to show ads, cap frequency, measure performance and prevent fraud.

Ads can be personalised or non-personalised according to the available settings, your preferences and consent where the law requires it.

We load Google Analytics only after you consent in the cookie panel. It helps us understand aggregate site use. We do not use it to identify you directly or transmit calculator values.

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google advertising and advertising or analytics cookies use a consent mechanism where legally required.

You can accept or reject analytics without losing calculator access. The browser stores your choice locally so the site does not ask on every visit. You can change it through Cookie settings in the page footer.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies can affect advertising, traffic measurement or stored site preferences.
